Refund & RMA Policy for On-Line Orders

 

ITAC Systems will refund the full amount charged to your credit card (less the cost of shipping) if within 30 days of the date of shipment from ITAC, you return the purchased product to:

To receive credit you MUST call ITAC's sales department at (800) 533-4822 or (972) 494-3073 between 8:30am and 5pm Central Time Monday through Fridays except holidays. You will be issued a Return Material Authorization number (RMA). Alternately, you may request an RMA number onling by going to http://www.itacsystems.com/rma-request-form.html 

Failure to get an RMA number will result in you not getting a credit issued. Units returned which have received obvious physical abuse (run over by a car, set on fire, submerged in acid, ...) will not be eligible for refund. The cost of shipping/mailing the unit to ITAC shall be your responsibility.

Once the unit is received by ITAC, if within 30 days of the date of shipment from ITAC to you, ITAC will issue a credit to your credit card within 5 business days. Processing time imposed by the banking system is not under ITAC's contro.

This policy applies ONLY to orders on credit cards for ITAC product at end-user price.
